The Borrow Room

At Havisham House, we're delighted to extend the age-old wedding tradition of "something borrowed" in a unique way. We're excited to offer you a cool perk when you choose to say "I do" at our venue. Our "Borrow Room” allows you to use any items from our curated inventory to add a special touch to your big day, all free of charge. Just a friendly reminder: these goodies are meant for onsite use only and can't be taken offsite or rented for other events.

* Here is what we ask of you… after your wedding, when you are finished with our items, they are returned clean and in the same condition/organization as when you checked in to the venue. If any items are damaged, we ask you let us know immediately. This may be deducted from your wedding deposit. For our inclusive brides, we clean your items and return them to the Borrow Room.

We set your wedding chairs once for your ceremony the day of your rehearsal or the morning of your wedding. For our inclusive brides, we move the chairs from your outdoor ceremony to your tables inside immediately after your ceremony ends.

You will not have access to the borrow room during your weekend. You will receive a request form to fill out prior to your weekend, and we will have items for you inside the main event room when you arrive.
